Building on extensive experience with all kinds of beverage systems as managers, homebrewers, and bartenders we transitioned to professional draft service and maintenance. In addition to hands on experience we continue to learn through resources such as the Cicerone program, the Draught Beer Quality Manual, and the Micromatic Dispense Institute as well as through working with other companies in the industry.
